Somewhere, a long time ago in a not so far away basement, there was a band named The Infamous Titties. They were a group of bright eyed, rag-tag muffin tops who made a noise. They made noise with instruments like; drums, guitars and bass guitars. Through natural attrition and other various and sundry problems, the band evolved into a strange and soupy entity that became Rubber Uglies.
